4mm Transparent Teal Green Faceted Czech Glass

Description

The 4mm transparent teal green faceted Czech glass beads are perfect for stringing or beadweaving. Made by Preciosa in the Czech Republic. They are of excellent quality and uniform in size and shape.

Faceted glass beads are also known as fire-polished. The machine-cut facets have an angular, sharp definition. By placing the machine-cut beads into a kiln, this slightly melts the facets.  The slight melting gives the beads a rounded, shiny appearance, which is where the name comes from. Strung on a temporary string for display. Each string contains 100 beads.

4mm beads are our most popular size and work well in jewellery. Ideal for beaded bracelets, necklaces and earrings. Make simple bracelets by stringing on elastic or use with thinner threads for bead weaving. Approximately 0.8mm hole and rounded sides. If you are using these beads on tiaras we would recommend using a 0.4mm or 0.6mm wire to allow room for twisting the wire.

These 4mm transparent teal green faceted Czech glass beads are a deep, medium to dark, greenish-blue color.
