Our Locking Pin Backs are an essential gadget for any badge and pin collectors.

Sometimes we just stubble across a new product and we know we just have to buy them. With this particular gadget we’re already wondering how we ever coped with out them. I’m sure like many of us you’d be absolutely gutted if you discovered a favourite pin badge had fallen off your coat, never to be seen again. These locking pin backs have a spring release that prevents the pin sliding out on it’s own accord. We’ve all put them to the test already and they really do work wonderfully.

To put the backs on to the pin, gently pull or push the smaller circle outwards. I find just squeezing around the middle of the back pushes out enough. Then slide it on to your pin and let go. The back grips firmly and won’t come off until you release the back again. This is a much better solution than a standard pin backs. They are especially good for outer layers like lapels, or bags where pin badges can easily be knocked off and lost.
