4mm Pale Pink Faceted Czech Glass Beads

Description

The 4mm pale pink faceted glass beads are in a transparent colour with a light pink appearance. These round faceted glass beads are slightly oval with a 0.8mm hole running through the centre. The machine-cut facets give the beads an added texture where they reflect the light around them. This added dimension will add a flash of brilliance and texture to your jewellery that will make it unique.

Faceted glass beads are also known as fire-polished. The facets in the beads are cut by machine and are angular with sharp definition. The beads are then placed into a kiln to allow the facets to melt slightly. The slight melting gives the beads a rounded, shiny appearance, which is where the name comes from. Strung on a temporary string for display. Each string contains 100 beads.

The Czech faceted glass beads can be used in all types of beading. These faceted beads are ideal for simply stringing on a beading wire for necklaces or elastic for bracelets. These beads aren’t limited to straightforward jewellery making but can be used for beadweaving, kumihimo and macrame.
