40mm Round Natural Plain Wooden Bead

Description

This 40mm Round Natural Plain Wooden Bead is an untreated and unvarnished wooden bead. This makes them ideal for colouring with dye and paint. It has a hole which is approximately 5.5mm which runs through the centre of the bead. These 40mm natural wooden beads do vary a little in grain shades as wood being a natural product isn’t always consistent in colour.

As the beads are unfinished, they take paint and dyes really well without having to sand or treat them first.

The wooden beads are manufactured in Germany and distributed by Preciosa (based in Czech Republic) and made from sustainably sourced hardwood. Usually Hornbeam or Beech.

The 40mm Round Natural Plain Wooden Bead is great for all sorts of jewellery making or craft projects. They’d look great in large scale macrame. Funky statement jewellery or decoration.
