Earring clips are the alternatives for people who do not have pierced ears.
You can hang your beads from a headpin or eyepin, which connects to the clip via loops.
You make a loop at the top of your head/eye pin and connect with the loop
you can see on the picture. These clips are not adjustable.

Another type for non-pierced ears, the screw fastenings are adjustable.
There is more control on how well they grip the ears, whereas the clips
are not adjustable and not suitable for delicate ears!
